I am very happy with the Contour which is why I chose to keep it instead of return it. I have put a lot of hours into this ab belt and I do feel results even though I don't have shredded abs like the people on the commercial do (I kind of figured that) but I am not disappointed in the product at all.

What I am disappointed in is the fact that I just got charged 60 BUCKS, yes 60 DOLLARS for replacement gel pads, I purchased the 3 pack because it seemed to be the best deal and I chose the basic shipping so I didn't bother to check my e-mail confirmation.

When the pads came a few days later (ordered on Friday got it on Tuesday) I stuck the new ones on and enjoyed a quick workout while surfing the web and I came across on my checking account statement that I was charged $59.90 by Contour.

I called customer service and the man said to hold while he connected me to his supervisor and about 13 minutes later he comes back and not the supervisor and tells me they will review it... I haven't heard anything back and this was 4 days ago.

But I guess they stuck me with the rush processing which is $25 for 3 gel pad packs which weigh not even 2 pounds, I live in OH and they ship from MI, so it would be no way possible even for overnight shipping to be that much money.

If I wasn't past my 1 month trial I would return because this is just bullshit! so folks beware when you order replacement pads, take a screenshot before you submit your order for evidence you did not check rush processing or you just might get screwed like myself.

Problem resolved. They refunded the extra charge for the shipping. Thanks.

I just ordered 3 sets and I see they do rush shipment for $29. I think you might have opted for that, but happy to hear that they took care of you.

How's the belt by the way? See any improvement in the lovehandle area?
