Hi,
I would like to use my contour belt for upper back. As often I can get pain in my upper back when I am stressed and the electric simulation can probably relieve it. So, is it safe to use the contour on the upper back or is it too close to the heart and can electrocute the heart? Also can the belt on the back be worn horizontally (extending from left to right) or vertically (extending from upper back to lower back on one side).

Yes the Contour can be used for most of your muscle groups. In order to do this you will need to separate the muscle stimulator from the CoreBelt. There is a body part chart that comes with your Core Sculpting System or you can find the placement chart in the resource library on this site.

It is impossible to use the contour belt for your back or any part of the muscle system except the Abs. It does not fit and it is not designed for the entire body. I tried it. It did not work. The alternative I used is that I bought the sports pads. These sports pads give you complete freedom and control where to use the pads. I divided my muscle system into 9 segments and I use it on all of them. I lost few clothes sizes and I am getting stronger. I tested my strength. I can left my 185 pounds wife I could never do that before. But I discovered something which I call facts of life. The contour alone is not going to give that ripped muscles look unless you guess it (lose weight) :)
