Can we use the contour for upper back

Hi, <br> I would like to use my contour belt for upper back. As often I can get pain in my upper back when I am stressed and the electric simulation can probably relieve it. So, is it safe to use the contour on the upper back or is it too close to the heart and can electrocute the heart? Also can the belt on the back be worn horizontally (extending from left to right) or vertically (extending from upper back to lower back on one side).
