RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that the 30 day trial period has not convinced you that Contour Core Sculpting™ System gives you the best abs you’ll ever have, the following return policy applies.
We will gladly accept returns as specified below, provided the item is in new or like new condition, in the original package with all the materials included. Any additional accessories that were not part of the basic kit, such as additional Gel Pad packs and DVD’s, must be returned unopened to receive a refund on those items.
Due to Health and Safety reasons, all consumable products (such as Contour Energy, Clarity and Mood, Contour Rapid Energy Boost, and Contour Fat Burner) can not be returned. All Sales are Final.
Your trial period begins the day you receive the Contour Core Sculpting System. If you are not completely satisfied with your Contour Core Sculpting System after using it for a full 30 days, contact Customer Care at 1-888-240-8172 within 5 days of the end of your trial period and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number. You MUST have an RMA# to return your product and this number MUST be written on the outside of your package. Follow the directions provided by our Customer Care representative. You are responsible for return shipping.
Returns must be received in our warehouse within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA# to receive a refund of any payments made toward the full purchase price, less your trial fee, applicable taxes and additional shipping and handling charges.
If a return is received between 16-30 days after RMA# issue date, refunds will be provided as specified above, but you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Packages missing an RMA# or received after 30 days from the issuance of an RMA# will not receive any refund.
Refunds are issued after product is received and inspected at our fulfillment center. Refunds are not issued at time of the issuance of the RMA#.
Customers on the Trial Pay Offer will not be billed additional monthly installments as long as the goods are received before the next applicable installment payment. If you are charged any additional monthly payments and merchandise is received in our warehouse within 30 days after issuance of RMA#, you will be refunded the additional payments, less any applicable restocking fee..
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS ( please follow carefully)
- Call us toll-free at 1.888.240.8172 to obtain an RMA number. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return the product, by Parcel Post or UPS, so that it received by us within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA#
- Insure the package and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT C.O.D. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
CONTOUR TECHNOLOGY LLC WARRANTS TO YOU, THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP AND FUNCTION FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US, WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, WE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT, AT OUR OPTION, USING NEW OR REMANUFACTURED COMPONENTS.
Certain Product failures not covered
This LIMITED WARRANTY covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the Product according to the product manual and instructions. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, excessive moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply modification or repair by any person other than Contour Technology or if the Product has an altered or defaced serial number. This LIMITED WARRANTY does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items such as gel pads, garments, batteries, etc.
To obtain service under this LIMITED WARRANTY, please refer to above for return instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Contour will not be responsible for the cost of returning the Product or for any damage to or loss of the Product while it is in transit to us. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure the Product’s safe delivery. Contour cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, PROVIDED BY CONTOUR. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
Limitation of Remedies
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, IN LIEU OF ALL INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING FOR NEGLIGENCE, IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT, IF DEFECTIVE, UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Contour Technology will bear no other expenses. Contour reserves the right to refuse to repair or replace the Product if it is returned in an unsanitary condition. This Limited Warranty applies only to the Product as used in the United States. It is not applicable in other countries. Contour reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or better quality if an identical product is not available at the time of replacement. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and so the related limitations and exclusions stated above may not apply to you.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
